    The shoulder pad was missing as shown in the picture, I would like to have a pencil and pen holder other than that it is great.

    The laptop bag was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It has many compartments and not too bulky which I like. Although, the thing that caught my attention to purchase it was the shoulder strap. It is very comfortable when it is on my shoulder and does not feel heavy. I would definitely purchase another one as a gift and would recommended it to anyone.
