First off this is a great belt, I have a 44″ waist so I ordered the large that is 53″ long, the belt was great but the tail of it came all the way to my right hip.
I even measured it and it was 53″ long, the problem here is that I carry a firearm on my right hip and the tail of the belt interfered with my holster so I sent it back and ordered the medium and found that to be a bit to large however it would have worked.
So I sent that back and ordered the small thinking that would be to small, I still had 7″ of the tail of the belt tucked back under my belt loops, the small worked great with my 44″ waist and did not interfere with my holster.
These belts have a little bit of stretch to the belt that make them a great utility belt.
This is the best belt that I have found for the money, you will spend 4 times the money for those other belts that are also great belts but why when you can buy one of these for 75% less.
If you want a great utility belt at a fantastic price, look no farther because here it is.
