I am 6 feet, 213 pounds. I was having major issues with my feet and after talking to a co-worker about running shoes, I was directed to look at these. I have been using these shoes for my “short” runs, usually anything under double digits.
They have held up really well even when running in the double digits, and the spongy push off I feel when bouncing while moving forward helps the run feel less like I am losing so much energy per step. I would recommend it to anyone, especially big guys who have issues with their feet. Also, I found I needed to do a better job of taking care of my feet, before and after runs. Icing, hypervolt and soaking in warm water. I plan to buy them again once I reach 300 mi!
They have held up well and are well built, I attached an image of how they look after ~100 miles of running, and 90% of that is on concrete.
