I’m a woman actually working in the trades. When I started we only had mens options for work clothes and I actually prefer to be baggy and comfy rather than cute and pink. I’m 5 foot 11, about 135lbs, a slender build. I typically get small in mens clothing but I went with a medium because I know with carhartt that waistband is always snug, even on my small female frame and I didn’t want to be concerned about it shrinking in the wash or fussy washing with my work clothes. I’m glad I did because the waistband is perfect, meaning it would have been tight if I went with my normal size, and it did shrink a bit washing it in cold and drying on medium heat. But since it was already a little looser it is now the perfect hoodie to layer other hoodies underneath in the winter and will be nice and baggy come summer. The front pocket is huge but it doesn’t feel too big, there’s a smaller pocket on the inside of that pocket, I think it’s supposed to fit your phone or ipod but doesnt fit an S10+. The zipper is smooth not sticky and the hood is a nice 3 piece hood so it feels good on your head with your hardhat over top. Worth the money, I will be buying other colours in the near future.

Love that it is very loose in the shoulders and sleeves without being too long in length! Fabric is very soft, feels well made,no stretch though. Please make in more colors!!
