I purchased this bag near the end of 2020 and it has worked great! Not too big or too small. My only criticism is that one of the rings to attach items that you need outside the pack broke off. I will admit that I may have overloaded it but I believe the stitching of the tab that hold the ring needs to be reinforced. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

The foam lining around the laptop slot is very dense & protective, this would help soften an accidental drop on any laptop. The bag has surprising large amount of storage without bulging out or deforming as well. Zippers are well made and do not snag or hangup when opening or closing as well. Great bag for a great price.
