This laptop bag looked more upscale than most I see. So I ordered it for my primary laptop bag. I am still not sure what the anti-theft feature is, but it is well-made, and it has a good layout. The matte grey cloth with black straps and trim looks very professional and it feels less rough than typical laptop bags. The adjustable strap has metal hardware, which holds better than plastic clips. This bag has one zipper that expands it almost two inches in depth. This is a serious boon if you always have too much stuff on return from a trip.
There are two main zippered compartments and two external zippered compartments. The smallest, outermost zippered compartment is not padded and it has two mesh pockets alonf the inside. The other external zippered compartment is padded and has the pockets along the inside.The middle main zippered compartment holds the laptop and accessories and it has the expected separation. While the padding in the laptop section is more than sufficient, as with other bags the depth would not be enough for my husband’s 17.3″ ROG laptop. I suppose that the last big compartment is for miscellaneous as this is the compartment that is expanded by the aforementioned zipper… like notebooks, manuals, and such.
Overall, this is almost the perfect laptop bag for me. Once again, I prefer that if I am getting a laptop bag for a 17.3″ laptop that it should support those classified as gaming laptops… but since it does not and it support my use case, I am giving it five stars for its design and look. As long as your 17.3″ laptop is not too thick or too deep like our gaming laptop or you have a smaller laptop, you should definitely buy this laptop bag. It just seems so well-done and professional!

This bag was beyond my expectations. I love thick leather look but hate the stiff feeling usually. This bag is quite the opposite, thick and durable but soft, smooth, and a great color. I get a compliment every time I’m out, all asking what’s Jack&Chris! So satisfied! Also, my wife, a loyal Coach bag shopper, is getting her first Jack&Chris bag coming soon.
