Everything about this bag is perfect except for the noisy zippers. There are a lot of metal zippers that make a lot of noise as you walk. I covered some zippers with tape to minimize the noise. This bag holds my 17.3 HP laptop, charging cord, mouse, and a small, thin, lap desk with plenty of room for more.

I love how much I can fit into this bag when I pack up my work from home setup to bring to the office. One thing I will note is that the zippers make a very annoying clanking noise. Thanks to Google, I put some shrink wrap over them which brought the noise to a tolerable level.
