Nice roomy bag, unfortunately the shoulder pad stitching has ripped during the first week of use. Very disappointing on an otherwise nice bag.
UPDATE: The excellent Customer Service department reach out to me and immediately replaced my bag. This one appears to be flawless, appears that the stitching on the shoulder strap pad was simply defective.
As I mentioned originally, this is otherwise a great, roomy, and functional bag. I carry two laptops when I travel (work and personal) and its nice to have the extra room.
