    Works well. My wife used it on a trip to New York. Only problem she had was fitting it over a heavy coat. Still pleased with the pack.

    I use this bag for work daily so far itโ€™s been great. Downside is the shoulder strap is not comfortable however I find this to be true for every bag Iโ€™ve ever had. Also could use a spot for an ID/work badge on front and back sides maybe? Or on the strap itโ€™s self would be great
