    At first glance, I thought this would be too small. It carries more than it appears to. I was able to carry a water bottle in the side pouch (1L was the max but .5L works the best). Just unzip the water bottle compartment and it stretches to hold the bottle. There are plenty of sections to hold what you need for the day. I was even able to stash 2 more water bottles inside along with everything else I needed for the day.
